| This multivitamin for kids was named 'Best Children's Multi' by Dr Alex Richardson in the Daily Mail newspaper. It is designed to provide the optimum level of nutrients to keep them healthy on the inside. The mini capsules are easy to swallow and suitable for vegetarians. Each serving is packed full essential oils and vitamins including iron, zinc, magnesium and calcium. This special formula for kids has no added sugar, sweeteners, colourings, flavourings, binders (glues) or coatings. This supplement is recommended for kids aged 2 to 14.

Dietary sources include fortified foods, eggs and fatty fish. The Government advises that people who are housebound or cover their skin for long periods, all pregnant and breastfeeding women, people over 65 years of age and infants from 6 months to aged 5 should take vitamin D supplements. All Vitamin D supplements from Viridian Nutrition are vegan. Viridian Vitamin D3 400iu and 2000iu are derived from lichen.
