| To reap the many benefits of Viridian Cherry Night, simply mix one heaped teaspoon of the powder with water or your favourite juice before bedtime. This powder is free from gluten, soy, wheat, lactose, added sugar, added salt and yeast. This product is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets and is free from preservatives and artificial colourings.

Stir one heaped teaspoon into water or juice once daily. Drink one hour before bedtime.
