| Content | Niacin/Vitamin B3 is part of the B-Complex of vitamins. Solgar’s no-flush niacin has been carefully designed using inositol-bound niacin to offer a gentler form of niacin supplement. Niacin is needed by the body for the metabolism of protein and carbohydrates into energy, reduces tiredness and fatigue and can help with psychological wellbeing.
