Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal function of the nervous and immune system and contributes to normal red blood cell formation.
Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, place one (1) dropperful (1ml) under the tongue up to two times per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Hold under tongue 10 seconds before swallowing. Do not exceed directions for use.
