Nurofen for Children helps in relieving pain from such ailments as toothache, sore throats, earaches and general aches and pains. This medicine also reduces high temperatures and fevers.

Who can use?

This medicine can be used by children from the age of 3 months’ plus.

How to use?

Babies 3 months – 12 months and weighing over 5 kg take one 2.5ml dose 3 times in 24 hours

Children 1 year – 3 years take one 5ml dose 3 times in 24 hours

Children 4 years – 6 years take one 7.5ml dose 3 times in 24 hours

Children 7 years – 9 years take one 10ml dose 3 times in 24 hours

Children 10 years – 12 years take one 15ml dose 3 times in 24 hours.

Always leave at least 4 hours between each dose.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, it is not recommended that you take this medication unless under the guidance of your doctor.

Common side effects.

May cause indigestion and heartburn. Taking this medication after food can help minimise this.

KEEP ALL MEDICINES OUT OF THE EACH OF CHILDREN.

Each 5ml of suspension contains 100mg of ibuprofen.

  1. Check for the presence of head lice using the enclosed anti lice comb which is enclosed.
  2. Apply the Lyclear Spray to dry hair by holding approximately 10 cm from the hair and carefully spraying. Use enough to cover all the hair and scalp. Massage, paying attention to the areas behind the ears and the nape of the neck. Leave on for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes apply sufficient amount of normal shampoo to the hair before wetting. Shampoo thoroughly then rinse with warm water. Wash the hair again.
  4. Use the comb again on wet hair to remover the lice.
  5. Repeat the treatment after 7 days if necessary.
