How to Use ProductDissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. It is quite safe to take these New Era Tissue Salt tablets alongside other medicines or supplements. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

A.Vogel's Plantago Tincture is a traditional herbal remedy used in the treatment of sinus congestion, middle ear infections and catarrh. Plantago is one of the few herbs that penetrate the middle and inner ear canal. Its natural antibacterial property helps to counter all ear infections. It has mucous membrane soothing properties which may help people alleviate the suffering associated with tinnitus and also helps catarrh due to chest infections and nasal congestion. The soothing action of Plantago is attributed to its mucilage content together with iridoids which have an anti-inflammatory activity helping to promote tissue repair. This makes Plantago Tincture extremely useful for alleviating sinus congestion and post nasal drip which often leads to other complications such as chesty coughs and catarrh. Plantago Tincture, due to its soothing action, may also benefit tinnitus sufferers. Benefits of A.Vogel Plantago tincture:

Molkosan® is concentrated and needs to be diluted to make a drink:

  • Molkosan® Drink: Add 2 teaspoons to a glass of mineral water for a refreshing drink
  • Molkosan® Fruit Drink: Add 2 teaspoons to half a glass of apple juice. Top up with mineral water
  • Molkosan® Fruit Smoothie: Mash fresh fruit in a blender, add 1 tablespoon of Molkosan® and fill with mineral water
  • Molkosan® Fruit Tea: Prepare a fruit tea of your choice with honey and add 2 teaspoons of Molkosan®. Drink warm or with ice

It can be used by adults and children over the age of 2 years.

After opening, store in the fridge where Molkosan® Original will keep for up to 2 months.
