This is a “creamier” version of the original Udder Cream moisturiser. It is designed to moisturise very sensitive skin using natural ingredients.
We are using natural moisturising oils of Sweet Almond Oil (high in fatty acids), Raw Coconut Oil (often suggested by naturopaths on sensitive skin) and Olive Squalane which is an oil we naturally produce in our skin’s oil. We then add extras such as a very concentrated Aloe (100:1), Allantoin for skin softening, Milk Protein for skin elasticity and natural Vitamin E. We never use synthetic Vitamin E.
Staying true to our roots where the first creams were made for the founders mother with skin problems, we don’t use Phenoxyethanol, Parabens, Petrolatum and Paraffin Oil, Silicones, PEG’s and many more ingredients that can help make a cream less expensive and feel smoother.
Ingredients:
Aqua (H2O’s Fancy Name), Cetearyl Alcohol (Plant Based Emulsifying Wax), Polysorbate 60 (Food Grade Emulsifier), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Aloe Vera), Squalane (Olive), Piroctone Olamine (Olamine Salt), Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride (Guar Gum), Mel (Honey), Allantoin, Acetum (Apple Cider Vinegar), Pyrus Communis (Pear)Fruit Extract, Vanilla Plantifolia (Vanilla) Fruit Extract, Hydrolysed Milk Protein (For Skin Elasticity), Citric Acid (Natural Preservative), Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract

Tips From THE INKEY LIST:
Dark circles and puffiness can be caused by a number of factors. If dark circles are due to genetics, caused by pigmentation underneath the eye, or puffiness under the eye caused by fat deposits, unfortunately, caffeine serum is unlikely to help.Caffeine is, however, a fantastic way to reduce puffiness and dark circles caused by a number of lifestyle factors such as lack of sleep, traveling, diet and high salt intake amongst others.
As an antioxidant, it also has preventative properties and can protect the eye area from free radicals and environmental stress. Ensuring you are always wearing sunscreen will also help.
For an extra soothing effect, a tip would be to keep your caffeine in the refrigerator and massage gently into the under-eye area to stimulate circulation.
| Almost all creams made to help with blemish-prone skin use Benzoyl Peroxide bleach. This is why hair will bleach to an orange colour when in contact with most blemish creams. Bleaches are cheap, but not the first choice in keeping skin looking young and healthy.
There can be a number of causes of blemishes, including sebum (skin's oil) becoming rancid, as well as bacteria on the skin causing pores to become infected. This is why an effective cleansing cream that targets both using natural ingredients is so much better than using bleach, in our opinion.
That’s why we set out to find a solution that was effective and good for the skin. We decided to take a different approach and create a cleansing cream that also works as a moisturiser. It may cost a few dollars more for us to make this cream than a bleach-based one, but healthy skin is priceless. | What you wash your skin with determines so much more than whether it's clean or not. So, it’s a gosh darn mystery to us why cleansers are the most overlooked product (poor cleansers) in any skincare routine. Whilst skin needs to be clean, an overbearing cleanser can cause of dryness, irritation and even breakouts. Before you start blaming your skin troubles on everything else (although late night parties don’t do your skin any favours), there’s a more-likely culprit we can point our fingers at…the outdated commercial cleanser right under our noses. Boo!
It’s common to think that blasting your skin to oblivion with harsh detergents or bleaching ingredients will keep the blackheads at bay and stop the pimples from parading, but we’re here to tell you that stripping the skin of its natural oils just leaves it dreadfully dry, damaged and dually distressed. The sebum in our skin (natural oils that it makes) helps keep it moisturised and in fine form, but if its constantly washed away, your skin could kick into oil-making overdrive, causing cloggage and congestion which can lead to even more breakouts – not exactly the result we were going for. But it’s hard to undo decades of skincare superstitions and the hard-wired hogwash swirling around out there. Old-school untruths like using oils on your skin gives you pimples, or that skin should feel tight after it’s been cleaned.
Our skin-friendly foaming formula is made with gentle, but effective, naturally derived cleansing ingredients that pump into a dreamy, foamy, meringue-y mousse. Designed to dissolve dirt, makeup and debris from the day and clear away dead skin cells to keep your face looking fierce and feeling fresh. We steer clear of harsh ingredients like SLS that foam up well but is also found in just about every hardcore cleansing product, including floor cleaners and engine degreasers – our face says no thanks! We made this caring, non-comedogenic (aka non-clogging) cleanser so we can have all the bougie bubbles without causing any skin troubles.
It gets down and dirty to combat congestion, banishes bacteria, washes away excess oils and helps regulate oil production (a contributing factor to the formation of blemishes) to prevent the bummer of breakouts. Like the cherry to top it all off, we included some Papaya Fruit Extract to clarify the skin with gentle, enzymatic exfoliation that dives deep into pores and helps remove rough, flaky skin to ditch drabby dullness. And because we make all our products for people with sensitive skin, and blemish-prone skin is often just that, we popped in a pinch of Calendula Extract to help calm and soothe breakouts, pimples and redness. Gentle enough to be used every day, morning and night, and perfectly suitable for all ages and skin types, including the fussiest of teenagers. | The Nourishing Deep Pore Oil Cleanser is a way of cleansing the skin using oils and massage. Oil to cleanse the skin? It sounds counter-intuitive but oils can dissolve hardened oil that can get stuck in your pores, and also help remove other impurities such as built up dirt, sweat and makeup. The massage part helps the oil get deeper in your pores to do its work, and who doesn't love a good massage?
This can be particularly helpful to those suffering from blemishes, or for removing heavy makeup and/or sunscreen. We made this using a mixture of drawing and moisturising oils. The drawing oils help pull out and dissolve old oils, and the moisturising oils, such as Jojoba Oil, are high in antioxidants and help keep skin hydrated and soft. This means you can cleanse and moisturise your skin at the same time! How’s that for multi-tasking?
Cleansing with oil is particularly beneficial because it doesn't strip the skin of its natural oils, which can ultimately lead to an overproduction of more oil and lead to further breakouts. |
