Directions for Use
  • Adults (18 years and over): Take 1 tablet daily.
  • Not for use in children or those under 18.

  • See your doctor if your symptoms worsen or persist after taking menoforce for 12 weeks.

What do menoforce sage tablets contain?
  • Menoforce® Sage tablets contain an extract of sage herb obtained from freshly harvested, organically cultivated sage. Sage has been traditionally used as a herb for the relief of excessive sweating, particularly during the menopause.
  • Menoforce® comes in the form of a one-a-day herbal sage tablet.
  • Each tablet contains 51mg of concentrated dried tincture from fresh Sage (Salvia officinalis L. ) leaves (1:17-18). Extraction solvent: ethanol 68% V/V. This is equivalent to 3400mg of tincture of fresh sage herb (leaves).
  • Other ingredients used for Menoforce® Sage tablets are microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose laurate and hydrogenated cottonseed oil.

This botanical tincture may have a calming and relaxing effect on people who suffer from irritability, anxiety and nervous tension. It may also help those who are having issues sleeping. Directions  Adults: To aid sleep: To aid sleep: Take one 5ml spoonful 30 minutes before bedtime. A second dose can be taken during the night if required. For the symptomatic relief of mild anxiety: Take one 5ml spoonful. Ingredients  Each 5ml of the liquid contains 2ml of tincture from dried Valerian (Valeriana officinalis root) 1:2. Also contains liquorice liquid extract, orange oil, lemon oil, coriander oil, anise oil, ethanol and sucrose.

Ingredients Each 750mg tablet contains 1,140mg of extract (as dry extract) from fresh Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench herb (1:12) and 60mg of extract (as dry extract) from fresh Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench root (1:11).

Comes supplied with a free Po-Ho Inhaler. Dosage: 15-20 drops three times daily orally in some water. Plantago Tincture Side Effects: Not recommended whilst pregnant or breast feeding. Molkosan® is concentrated and needs to be diluted to make a drink:

  • Molkosan® Drink: Add 2 teaspoons to a glass of mineral water for a refreshing drink
  • Molkosan® Fruit Drink: Add 2 teaspoons to half a glass of apple juice. Top up with mineral water
  • Molkosan® Fruit Smoothie: Mash fresh fruit in a blender, add 1 tablespoon of Molkosan® and fill with mineral water
  • Molkosan® Fruit Tea: Prepare a fruit tea of your choice with honey and add 2 teaspoons of Molkosan®. Drink warm or with ice

It can be used by adults and children over the age of 2 years.

After opening, store in the fridge where Molkosan® Original will keep for up to 2 months.
