Importance of vitamin K Vitamin K2 is a vital component in supporting bone health and normal blood clotting. One of the primary roles of K2 is delivering calcium into the bones, rather than settling within soft tissue. Without vitamin K2, calcification of the arteries can occur.Who needs it Vitamin K2 is important throughout our lives, but there are two periods in your life when you need higher quantities of K2. During puberty as your bones are growing quickly and after the age of 50 when bone mass begins to decline.How to use Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
