Strath Food Supplement with vitamin D is based on high-quality vitamin D herbal
yeast. It is rich in vital substances and suitable for children from 1 year of age, adults, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, students, professionals, athletes and senior citizens.
Sufficient vitamin D levels are essential in all life phases. Your body can produce its own vitamin D when your skin absorbs sunlight. That is why it is also called the sun vitamin.
Yeast has the same properties. It has the ability to produce its own Vitamin D if exposed to UV light. In other words, the Vitamin D in the Strath Original Food supplement was not added but is naturally produced by the yeast. Instructions for use
Adults 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 × daily before the meal, pure or mixed with juice, milk or in muesli. Children from the age of 1 year half the dose.
A daily dose for adults of 15ml Strath Food Supplement contains 6 μg or 240 I.U. Vitamin D. The recommended daily amount of 15 ml can be taken regularly long-term. There is no risk of overdosing.
