Created to remove stains caused by coffee, tea and red wine. Spotlight Strips have been designed by dentists and are proven to whiten teeth with minimal sensitivity issues. They are the only European strips to contain Hydrogen Peroxide, perhaps the most effective teeth whitening agent. It works by breaking down stains on the surface of the teeth and by brightening the colour of the top layer of tooth enamel. Just wear the strips for one hour a day and brush twice daily with the whitening toothpaste for fast whitening results.
1. Open the sachet to find strips for top and bottom teeth
2. Dry teeth, then place strip onto lower teeth, then top teeth
3. Wear the strips for one hour
4. Remove strips and rinse away any remaining gel

There is a few ways you can use the powder:

- Intensive Whitening – This option is really to get to work on those deeper stubborn stains and start to maximize the teeth whitening process. Use the powder for the standard 2 minute cycle and brush away. When you brush your teeth the whitening micro agents from the powder will get to work on those enamel stains. Repeat this process every day for a maximum of 14 days then switch to the maintenance whitening cycle.

- Maintenance Whitening - This option is more for people that have minor stains and want to get on top of them, and also to maintain that Polished White Smile. Again use the powder for the standard 2 minute cycle but unlike the intensive plan you will only use the powder 3 – 4 times a week.

- For best results we recommend you use the products in the evening just before bedtime, the reason we advise this is because throughout the day you will have collected lots of stains from your daily lifestyle choices.

Application is 30 minutes a day for 14 days , when sticking to the plan you could achieve results of up to 6 shades whiter teeth and help bring back that irresistibly white smile .
Start by choosing your whitening strips plan either the 2, 4 or 6 week plan, then follow the directions on how to use the whitening strips, each day for 30 minutes and making sure you include the resting phase.
Resting Phase
If you purchase the 4 week or 6 week course it is advised that you have a resting period from the whitening process to let your teeth rest. Our recommended resting phase is 1 week following every 2 weeks of whitening.
2 weeks whitening - 1 week rest - 2 weeks whitening - 1 week rest - repeat this pattern for the length of your plan.
