Content | Marigold Engevita Yeast Flakes with added B12 are a delicious savoury yeast condiment containing naturally occurring Vitamin B12. These vegan, gluten free and nut free flakes are made from primary inactive yeast (which is free from candida albicans yeast) and contain absolutely no additives, preservatives or GM products. They have a delicious cheesy, nutty taste and can be sprinkled over soups, stews, casseroles, salads and breakfast cereals to enhance flavour. The yeast flakes are also readily dissolvable in water, milk, fruit or vegetable juices. Ingredients Dried inactive yeast | In no time at all, you’ll be indulging in warm, dreamy, soft, chocolate sponge that’s unbelievably sugar-, gluten- and egg-free.
Simply tip the Cake in a cup sachet into a cup or mug, add 1/4 a cup of water (50g), pop in the microwave for one minute on full power, and enjoy a just-baked, healthier chocolate treat.
