These drops are suitable for use by adults, children and the elderly. You Must Be Aged Over 18 Years to Purchase This Product. Who can use? This product can be used by adults and children over 6 years of age. How to use? For use in the ear only.- Turn the cap anti-clockwise and remove the cap revealing the applicator nozzle.
- Tilt your head and gently squeeze up to 5 drops into the ear.
- Keep your head tilted for a few minutes so that the drops stay in the ear. Then wipe away any surplus with a tissue.
- Repeat in other ear if necessary then wash hands.
- DO NOT plug the ear with loose cotton wool.
- Use once or twice daily for 3 to 4 days until you notice and improvement.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding. - Wind most of the floss around both of your middle fingers, leaving only about 1 to 2 inches of floss for your teeth.

You Must Be Aged Over 18 Years to Purchase This Product. Exputex contains the active ingredient carbocisteine which breaks down mucus. Who can use? This product can be used by adults and children over 2 years of age. How to use?- Children 2 – 5 years give one 2.5ml spoonful 2 to 3 times daily.
- Children 6 – 12 years give one 5ml spoonful 2 to 3 times daily.
- Adults and children over 12 years initially take 15ml (three 5ml spoonful’s) three times a day, reducing to 10ml (two 5ml spoonful’s) three times daily when the satisfacory response is obtained.
