Description
Carbosan Gel is used to treat lip sores and mouth ulcers and promote their healing. Carbosan contains an ingredient called carbenoxolone sodium which can help enhance the production of protective mucous in the mouth.

How To Use Carbosan Gel
- Apply at the first sign of symptoms appearing
- Apply Carbosan Gel thickly to the mouth lesions after meals and at bedtimes
- Suitable for the age of 3 years old and older
- If symptoms persist longer than 2 weeks, consult your doctor
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Do not use Carbosan Gel if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do Not Use Carbosan Gel If;
- If you are allergic to carbenoxolone sodium or nay of the other ingredients listed in the patient leaflet
- If you suffer from any severe heart, liver or kidney complaints
- If you suffer from high blood pressure
- If you have low albumin levels
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- If you are on medication for a heart condition
- If you are younger than 3 years old
